The second round of the Canadian Sport Compact Series (CSCS) was at the popular Toronto Motorsports Park. It seems like the last few times we have been here the weather has been uncooperative. The weather initially held up well, but rain was in the forecast and when it did start to rain it poured and poured! Making the last few rounds of Qualifying slow ones.
Unfortunately we had sat out of a few earlier qualifying rounds and therefore were at risk of not Qualifying so it ended up coming down to the last session just before the rain hit to make it count. Both cars managed to make it count, the R32 Skyline GTR qualifying 5th, and the E46 M3 managing to hold the lead in the unfavourable conditions for a pole position.

Despite another solid effort we missed out on the podium with the R32 Skyline GTR this time by only tenths of a second, with an Official time of 1:23.567, well off our best time here.

The E46 M3 stayed in the lead during the time attack sessions putting us up on the podium in first place in the SSR Class with an official time of 1:17.412, once again quite a bit off our best time here!
